Hello, my name is David H. Wilson. I am the independent candidate and the only candidate to run against the Democratic incumbent, in the 2010 General Election for Ohio's 40th District State Representative.  I am running for State Representative because I want to take my conservative views to the State House in Columbus, Ohio and do my part to get Ohio back on the path to growth and prosperity.

As a life-long resident of Montgomery County, Ohio, I am familiar with most of the problems and opportunities that face the residents of Ohio's 40th District.  As an elected official to Huber Heights City Council and President of my Homeowners' Association I am familiar with the challenges of serving a constituency.  

I am a graduate of Bowling Green State University of Ohio and I hold two professional certifications in the field of manufacturing control.  In addition to my 25 years of experience in manufacturing, I have a good understanding of the needs of the manufacturing industry and what it will take to bring manufacturing jobs back to Ohio.  

As THE independent candidate in this race, I promise to represent all the people of District 40 and not limit myself to representing the voters of just one particular party.

As high as my goals are, I cannot achieve them alone.  I am asking for your support and your vote so I can take my conservative principles to Columbus.  Please elect me, David Wilson, in November of 2010 to Ohio's House of Representatives.
